For individuals covered under the Conemaugh Health System Health and Welfare benefit plan: Penn Highlands provides the network of hospitals, physicians and ancillary providers that can be accessed to obtain services. There is also a secondary network of providers that can be accessed with an approved referral called Devon Health. Employees and their dependents can obtain services at a Devon participating provider and receive the the Level A benefits with an approved referral for both the physicians and the facility. Without an approved referral, Level B or Level C benefits would apply. If you have any questions about the referral process please call 1-800-233-5216 and speak to a referral nurse.
